Leeds Drink and Chat goes on Tour again... to Saltaire!
Leeds Drink and Chat is a series of events that have taken place every month for two years. We have had many visitors from far and wide, and over time a relatively large core of attendees has developed. One such evening, one of the chats ventured down the avenue of taking the idea on tour, hopefully visiting some of the finer establishments which are outside of our usual corner of Leeds city centre. The first two Leeds Drink and Chat on Tour events were a success, so now we occasionally like to go a bit further afield to sample the delights of other localities.
"But why Saltaire?" I hear you cry. "Isn't that too close to Leeds?"

As well as the Leeds contingent that we hope to assemble, it would be great to see other local or not so local cachers here, old and new. The venue is Salt Beer Factory, 199 Bingley Road, Saltaire, BD18 4DH. The official event time is 4pm until 8pm, but dependant on train times a few people may stay longer than this. The venue serves pizza in the Tap Room (which is where we will be located for most of the evening) and a full menu in the Bar & Kitchen area.
The location is a short walk from Saltaire Train Station with direct trains from Leeds, so try to leave your car at home, if you can. There is on-street parking around the venue, with a large paid car park at Salts Mill.
