This is a bonus cache that you can find once you've completed the Venta Belgarum Adventure Lab.
We've included some parking options, but there are many others you can choose.
At each of the 5 locations in the Adventure Lab, you will be given bonus information in your journal, once you have answered the question correctly. Don't worry if you forget to note this down, as your journal entries can be viewed at any time once after you have completed the stage. You will definitely have to do this to see the 5th and final answer, due to the way the App works on completion of the Adventure Lab.
