This cache is placed near the Creech St Michael War Memorial which is situated in the Churchyard in the village of Creech St Michael. The cache is not at the posted co-ords. We have given parking co-ords for the Canalside Parking Area which is only a short walk from the Memorial.
The posted coords will take you to the War Memorial where you will need to collect some info from the Memorial itself and do some simple sums which will help you obtain the correct co-ords to find the cache.
Starting with the top part of the Memorial who fell in the Great War 1914 - 1918, the number of surnames beginning with A will give you A
The number of surnames beginning with B will give will give you B
The number of surnames beginning with D will give you C
The number of surnames beginning with H will give you D
Next on the bottom part of the Memorial The Second Wold War 1939 - 1945, the number of letters in the surname beginning with R will give you E
