Boringgirl would like to invite you to a CITO event at Hidden Falls Nature Park honoring Leap Day
When: Saturday February 29th, Honoring Leap Day. 9:00AM – 12:00PM
What: Our focus for the day will help enhance habitat at this beautiful new park by picking up trash, pulling weeds and planting native plants.
Bring: Some bags, gloves,and tools will be available, but please bring your own litter picker-uppers if possible. Especially if you don't RSVP until the last minute.
There are plenty of caches you can hit on your way into or out of Happy Valley. Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated and dress warmly.
This CITO event is being planned in conjunction with North Clackamas Parks and Recs Dept. They have granted their permission and will assist in planning the projects we will help with.
Please place this on your watchlist, in case any details change (time,meeting place, etc.). As this is a new park, The NCPRD will be watching this park over the next few weeks to see what areas we can assist with after the heavy winter months have passed. This may mean our meeting location changes.
There will be a waiver form to fillout at the location.
