The cache is a 2ml tube.
To find the cache:
At the published coordinates you will find the village sign. Check out the plaque.
The first year on the plaque is ABCD.
The second year on the plaque is EFGH.
Final coordinates:

Checksum of all digits in the coordinates = 47
Village signs is a series of caches based on the ornate signs that depict the heritage, history and culture of the villages that put them up (normally on the village green!).
