This is an event to help clean up along the Clear Creek trail in Golden, sponsored by Fjallraven and led by Fjallraven Local Guide Shane Klesh!
We'll meet at parking lot at the posted coordinates (First parking lot after turning onto Route 6 from Golden) and pick up trash along the trails and Clear Creek for an hour and a half. I will provide trash bags and water. There will be swag and giveaway prizes/raffles provided by Fjallraven (TBD) and will be great time sharing stories and helping the environment.
For those who want to come early or stay late, there are a few caches along route 6 and in the surrounding areas, and I will also provide gold panning demonstrations for those interested after the event! I recommend you wear weather appropriate clothing, hats, gloves, and good walking shoes.
