To do the Eisenhower Park Adventure Lab you need to use Geocaching.com's Adventure Lab App. You can find out more about Adventure Labs and the app by clicking: here. You will be required to answer a question at each lab location. The clues for the coordinates to this cache can be found in each “journal” that is presented after a correct answer is submitted. If needed, you can revisit a journal in the Adventure Labs app after a location is completed.
