Geocache Description:

There is a road signpost at the position of the coordinates.

Add five times the number of letters in the shorter (Finnish) road name to the decimals of the given latitude (781 + 5 * x). Subtract the number of letters in the longer (Finnish) road name less three from the decimals of the given longitude (067 - (y - 3)).

Then go to the new coordinates. The film canister is in a rowan near a boulder.
