Wir feiern mit der ganzen Welt den 250. Geburtstag von

Ludwig van Beethoven.

Am dritten Tag unseres Megaevent-Wochenendes versammeln wir uns zunächst mit allen Geocachern vor der Kreuzkirche, um vom Balkon der Kirche aus ein Gruppenfoto aufzunehmen.
Wir bitten Euch dazu, einen ROTEN SCHAL (oder ein rotes Oberteil) zu tragen:

Sonntag, 01. März 2020
08.30 Uhr (bis 12.30 Uhr): Möglichkeit zu einem kleinen, preiswerten Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee + Kakao im Kirchenpavillon an der Kreuzkirche
(aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit bitte eigenen Kaffeebecher mitbringen!).

Wer mag, kann um 10.00 Uhr an einem ökumenischen Gottesdienst für Geocacher in der Kreuzkirche teilnehmen, den der Kontrabass unseres Orchesters zusammen mit zwei evangelischen Kollegen feiern wird.
Das Thema: "Gefunden! - N 50° 43.925 E 007° 06.125".

Infos zur Kreuzkirche

Mit 1.200 Sitzplätzen ist die Bonner Kreuzkirche die größte evangelische Kirche im Rheinland. Sie wurde ab 1866 im neugotischen Stil erbaut und im Jahr 1871 eingeweiht.

Infos zum Kirchenpavillon

Der Kirchenpavillon ist die älteste Einrichtung der Citykirchenarbeit in Deutschland und befindet sich seit 2014 auf dem Vorplatz der Kreuzkirche. Es wird auf die Bewahrung der Schöpfung, auf Fairness und Nachhaltigkeit geachtet: Kaffee, Tee und Limonaden sind bio und fair gehandelt; die Speisen orientieren sich am regionalen und saisonalen Angebot; Menschen mit verschiedenen Portemonnaie-Größen werden satt; kostenloses Leitungswasser wird angeboten.

Zum Abschluss der drei Mega-Tage in Bonn besinnen wir uns auf die Grundsätze unseres schönen Hobbys Geocaching. Die Natur ist unser Spielfeld und unsere Lebensgrundlage. Wir setzen uns aktiv für den Umweltschutz ein und haben in Kooperation mit der Stadt Bonn ein CITO-Event vorbereitet, das von 13.00 Uhr bis 15.00 Uhr in der Rheinaue stattfindet. Doch nun freuen wir uns zunächst einmal auf das Gruppenfoto vor der Kreuzkirche und bitten Euch, Eurem "Will attend" die Teilnehmerzahl in der Form +2+ (Pluszeichen Teilnehmerzahl Pluszeichen) hinzuzufügen, damit wir einen ungefähren Überblick über die Personenzahl bekommen.

2020 – Bonn celebrates with the whole world the 250th birthday of

Ludwig van Beethoven.

On the third day of our mega event weekend, we first gather with all geocachers in front of the Kreuzkirche to take a group photo down from the balcony of the church.
We ask you to wear a RED SCARF (or a red top):

Sunday March 1st, 2020
8.30 a.m. (until 12.30 p.m.): The church pavilion at the Kreuzkirche offers a simple breakfast with good coffee + cocoa for a small price
(please bring your own coffee mug for reasons of sustainability!)

9:15 a.m.: Geocachers arrive at the church square for the photo.

If you like, you can take part in an ecumenical service for geocachers in the Kreuzkirche at 10:00 a.m., which our orchestra's double bass will celebrate together with two Protestant colleagues.

Information about the Kreuzkirche

With 1200 seats, the Kreuzkirche in Bonn is the largest Protestant church in the Rhineland. It was built in the Gothic Revival style from 1866 on and had been inaugurated in 1871.

Information about the "Kirchenpavillon"

The Kirchenpavillon is the oldest institution of city church work in Germany. Since 2014 it is on the churchsquare of the Kreuzkirche. Particular attention is paid to the preservation of creation, fairness and sustainability: coffee, tea and lemonades are produced organically and traded fairly; the offered dishes are based on regional and seasonal food; people with different incomes can afford a meal; free tap water is offered.

At the end of the three mega days in Bonn we reflect on the principles of our beautiful hobby geocaching. Nature is our playground and the basis for all life on earth. We are actively committed to environmental protection and have prepared a CITO event in cooperation with the city of Bonn, which takes place in the Rheinaue from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. You can separately log a „Will attend“ here: https://coord.info/GC8JRQQ.
