For this simple 2-stage multicache you will have to work with a teammate in Pocatello, USA to help each other find their respective final locations. The published coordinates of this cache will take you directly to the beginning of Estados Unidos Street (hmmm, very interesting choice of locale).
In this corner you will have to look for a tag with the multicache endpoint coordinates and its hint. You see, quite simple, only it's not! The coordinates and hint on the tag will be for the sister multicache at Pocatello .... lol.
The coordinates and hint should be given to your American partner who in return will provide you with the coordinate and hint for the final stage of this Brazilian multi.
But wait, São Paulo and Pocatello have a connection despite being so far from each other. Both cities have a river running through them that starts with a 'P'.
This is part of the challenge. Count the number of letters in the spelling of Pocatello's 'P' river and add it to the last two digits of the latitude and subtract from the last two digits of the longitude of the coordinates your teammate gave you. It doesn't matter if it is a single or double digit number of letters.
