Firefox.3’s Winter and New Year Camping Event

Welcome to another of my camping events.

This is a 5 day/4 night camping event to relax after Christmas and for you all to get the chance to celebrate and see the New Year in with your caching friends from near and far.

WHEN

Saturday 28 December 2019 to Wednesday 1st January 2020

Arrival from 1pm Saturday 28 December 2019
Depart by 11.30 Wednesday 1st January 2020.
(Early arrival between 9am-1pm on Saturday, and/or late departure on Tuesday 1st January 2020 up to 6pm can be arranged, please discuss when booking.)

CAMPING/CARAVAN/MOTORHOME COST 

Superpitch, fully serviced hardstanding with EHU - £25 per night. 
Grass pitch with EHU (ground is hard and well drained) - £20 per night.

There are a limited number of superpitches,  please discuss when booking.

I have arranged for us to have a room reserved for our use each evening.  Dogs are permitted in that room and the bar area.  Food is served every day and evening. 
There is 24 hour access to the new toilet and shower block.  There is an elsan and washing up area, and also a laundry room.  

***Non-Campers***

There is a Premier Inn, approx 4 miles away, with rooms currently showing £30 per night. Premier Inn Evesham, WR11 4TP.
There are also local B&B’s. 

EVENT

The event is on the evening of Sunday 29th December 2019, 6pm to 9pm, in the ‘Pink Room’ of the pub.  Depending on what is on in the pub, I will be looking at holding a quiz.

Booking 

This is not a big caravan site, there are only a limited number of pitches, so booking early is essential.  Please ring the pub direct to arrange your booking and pay your deposit.  Speak to either Karen, or her son, Tom, who will be taking the bookings.  Ensure you mention you are with ‘Bev’s’ group or the ‘geocaching’ group.  I have reserved the last remaining superpitches, so it is first come first served, if they have been booked by the time you ring, ensure you ask to be considered for one if any become available.
