10TH ANNUAL BIKE TRAIL EVENT
CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF TRAIL EVENTS!

WHEN: November 2, 2019 @ 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM
WHERE: Parking lot off of Leetown Road @ posted coordinates

It is hard to believe that this will be the 10th year for us having these events! So to celebrate that milestone we are adding this event. Spend the day on the bike trail picking up trash and caching all the caches. Just as in all past years transportation will be provided for and extended period of time today only. YES that is correct get picked up and brought back to any location along the trail. There will be some new caches as well. We will have this event to see how much trash we were able to gather! However particpation in the CITO is optional so if your morning schedule doen't allow for the CITO you are more than welcome to come to this event.

EVENT SCHEDULE:
  • 12:00 to 12:20 meet other cachers talk shop, trade TB's.
  • 12:20 Greetings and announcements
  • 12:25 Group Picture
  • 12:30 Give aways
Would you like to join our expanding team of bike trail cache placers? Just send me a message via this web site and we would love for you to join us in placing caches along the trail.

Special thanks to Duffey4 for hiding some of the caches last year!
If you have zero to thousands of finds please come and meet us. We love putting faces to logs and having a chance to get to know other cachers.

As in past years the new caches should all be published before the event so just make sure you load the GPS the night before and you should have all the trail caches. No bike is needed to do the trail you can walk the trail. The trail is paved but it is also hilly. This is not a rails to trails bike trail. From one end to the other is about 10.5 miles so it would be a total of 21 miles round trip.

You do not have to attend the CITO to atttend this event.
