Geocache Description:

Neudegg / Ottenthal, the first one in the Wagram region

This time I am proud to present you a nice trip to Ottenthal and Neudegg, two lovely villages on the edge of the Wagram. The Wagram is a alluvial ridge parallel to the Danube, a typical viticultural region.

Park your car near the church in Ottenthal and start your walk there. At the very end of your walk you will have to walk down a short but rather steep grassy slope. Should you not like to walk for about 2.6 km, park your car at
N 48.28.559 / E 015.53.221 and start your now very short walk there.

The cache consists of a cylindrical coffe box wrapped in a black plastic bag and initially contained in addition to the obligatory logbook and pencil (pls. do not remove) the following items:

Gilette razor
small penguin
matchbox
small candle
bag full of money

I hope you will enjoy the countryside as well as the delicious regional vine (try the „Frühroter Veltliner“).
