The Geocaching International Film Festival (GIFF) is a collection of short films that Geocachers were asked to film about the game we love. Finalists can be found by clicking here.
Between 7 - 17 Nov the GIFF finalists will be shown around the world.
DATE: Saturday 9 November
TIME: 12.00pm – 4pm (approx.) Screening starts at 2pm.
VENUE: Killearnan Activity and Training Centre, Black Isle
Access to the venue is from 12pm allowing ample time to meet and socialise with other cachers, swap stories, TB's and discuss those particularly troublesome puzzles!. A light lunch will be available from 1pm.
Screening of the GIFF reel will start at 2pm sharp. There will be a short break mid-way for a raffle, when you can also grab a cuppa. Refreshments will be provided, but we're happy for you to bring along nibbles to share!
After all films have been shown there will be an opportunity to vote on the best movie.
This is a free event, but a donation box will be available for you to contribute towards the renovation/upkeep of the venue.
The facility has capacity for over 50 guests, but we would appreciate you confirming your attendance by placing a “Will Attend” and indicating the number of participants (sorry no pets).
All event attendees will receive the GIFF 2019 souvenir from Groundspeak!
Look forward to seeing you
