Nyköpings gästabud utspelade sig i december 1317 och i korta drag gick det till såhär: Kung Birger bjöd in sina bröder hertigarna Erik och Valdemar på party. Men kungen, som var mycket långsint, ville hämnas på sina bröder för de oförätter som skedde 11 år tidigare under den så kallade Håtunaleken. Så kungen låste in sina bröder i den djupaste fängelsehålan och slängde nyckeln i ån. Hertigarna slapp aldrig ut.
Nyköping's gästabud took place in December 1317 and in short it went like this: King Birger invited his brothers dukes Erik and Valdemar to a party. But the king, who was very slow, wanted to take revenge on his brothers for the injustices that happened 11 years earlier during the so-called Håtuna game. So the king locked his brothers in the deepest dungeon and threw the key in the river. The dukes never let go.

- Take a picture of Nyköping's castles classic silhouette, the white tower, from any direction, with yourself (you do not need to show your face) or your Geocaching name. You can see the tower in some of the pictures above. Post the picture in your log.
