Das CasaNova im zweiten Untergeschoss dieses Gebäudes ist Wiens zentralste Kabarettbühne und hat eine große Geschichte. In den 1920er Jahren war es die erste Wiener Revue-Bar mit Auftritten zahlreicher nationaler und internationaler Stars von Josephine Baker bis Farkas/Waldbrunn. Auch einige Szenen des Kinofilms „Der dritte Mann“ mit Orson Welles wurden hier gedreht. Seit 2013 ist es eine sehr erfolgreiche Kleinkunstbühne mit 240 Sitzplätzen, hier tritt alles auf, was in der österreichischen Kabarettszene Rang und Namen hat.

CasaNova on the second basement level is Vienna‘s most central satirical show stage with a famous history. Almost 100 years ago in the 20s, it was a revue theatre and cabaret stage with appearances of many international and national stars from Josephine Baker through to Farkas/Waldbrunn. Even some scenes for the movie „The Third Man“ with Orson Welles were shot at this location. Since 2013, it is a very successful satire and comedy stage with 240 seats, featuring everybody who is anybody among Austria’s local humor professionals.
