This cache is a lock-n-lock hidden in an aptly named location off the Pasture Loop (PL) trail. and yes its over there and a bit up and in. The PL trail connects at both ends to the white-marked Roaring Brook (RB) trail. The trailhead coordinates are for the northern junction of the PL trail with the RB trail. You can access the RB trail from the campground or from the yellow-marked Pelton Pond trail. The parking coordinates are for the Pelton Pond parking lot.
