This cache is part of the Fizzy Fest 10K series.
One of my many favorite puzzles by fizzymagic is Relatively Easy where an alien spaceliner is traveling an incredibly fast speed towards Oakland Airport. Apparently the spaceliner landed safely and it's only logical the aliens would leave a message to a geocache they hid in the area as a sign that they were here.
I suspect this is key to decoding the alien message since I found this nearby.
There is room for small trade and signature items. Don't forget to bring your pen.
