Sedgebrook station was opened on 15 July 1850 by the Ambergate, Nottingham, Boston and Eastern Junction Railway.
The line was leased to the Great Northern Railway in 1855, but remained nominally independent until it was taken over by the London and North Eastern Railway in 1923.
The station closed on 2 July 1956.
There is no access up to the old station which is now a private dwelling but from the initial coordinates, you can see the white gate and grass track leading up to the building.
