This is fourteenth in a series of midweek regular meets in the centre of Leeds. Zoe94, Sam539 and I have take in turns to organise. This is an informal get together of geocachers to chat about all things caching and non-caching, and the fifth in the series that I have hosted.
The event will be at Toast, West Point, Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4JY at the slightly earlier than usual start time of 18:00 to 20:00, but I’m sure a few people will stay longer than that. We’re a friendly bunch, so cachers old and new are welcome. If you haven’t been to an event before, drop me a message beforehand and I’ll look out for you. Hopefully we’ll be obvious to find.
How to get there:
- By train - Leeds railway station is about a 5 minute walk from the venue, using the main entrance.
- By bus - Leeds City Bus Station is a 20 minute walk away. Many buses also stop nearby at the Train Station, or right outside on Wellington Street.
- By car - As it’s a city centre it’s recommended to come by train or bus. There is a short term car park about 5 minutes away that is £3 after 6pm (see waypoint). There are numerous side streets to the north of Wellington Street that offer the same rate.
The venue offers food and drink, including beers on tap. A menu can be found online.
I look forward to seeing you there!
