I've noticed plenty of events being published recently. I try to attend when the distance isn't too great and the time fits my schedule, but I have been looking for a place to hold events of my own.
I was here recently when my daughter and I wanted to do some shopping for her apartment. We arrived just before 9:30 and were pleasantly surprised to find that the doors were about to open--for the cafe area first, then the rest of the store at 10:00. We had planned on having breakfast here anyway, so it was perfect.
The great thing about this place is that seating is plentiful, the food is inexpensive, and the views of the parking lot are pretty awesome. You can even see the location of a geocache and watch as any potential cachers try to use their stealth to find it.
If you attend, you need not buy anything, as tempting as it may be. We'll talk Puzzles, Letterboxes, GeoArt, CAM--whatever floats your boat.
We are meeting in the cafe upstairs, not the small one downstairs by the registers.
