About REALLY SideTracked - Snells Nook Halt Station
Snells Nook Halt opened on 1st April 1907 - it was named for the nearby road and served the village of Nanpantan & Garendon Hall
It was a very temporary structure - made mainly of old sleepers with a small hut for the guard to sell tickets
no trace remains....
