I cachen: Logbog og blyant samt små bytteting.

Cachen er placeret ved et naturskønt sted, hvor man ikke må fiske, for ikke at forstyrre det helt specielle fugleliv.

Her kan du også se drivhuse der tilhører spisestedet Noma, som er blevet meget berømt for sine specielle menuer og brug af naturlige råvarer.

Noma er blevet kåret som verdens bedste restaurant hele fem gange i 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014 og 2015. Før restauranten lukkede, kunne Noma også prale med to stjerner i Guide Michelin Nordic Cities i både 2015 og 2016. Og fra begyndelsen af 2018 er de nu tilbage med et nyt sæson-koncept. Køkkenet deler året ind i tre sæsoner, hvor menuen skifter for at matche sæsonens råvarer. Indtil starten af sommeren vil der være et fokus på skandinaviske skaldyr. Derfra og til starten af efteråret en grøntsagssæson og derefter et fokus på vildt- og skov til januar. Det nye Noma er rykket kun et par hundrede meter væk og har nu en urban have og en udsigt over Christiania. Selve bygningen er ret imponerende med sine syv dele, der alle har forskellige funktioner. Selve restauranten har dog kun plads til 40, og de har nu åbent fire dage om ugen (onsdag til lørdag). Jeg har ikke selv prøvet at spise der.

Noma has been voted the world's best restaurant all five times in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015. Before the restaurant closed, Noma could also boast two stars in Guide Michelin Nordic Cities in both 2015 and 2016 and from the beginning of 2018, They are now back with a new season concept. The kitchen divides the year into three seasons, where the menu changes to match the season's ingredients. Until the beginning of the summer there will be a focus on Scandinavian seafood. From there and until the beginning of the autumn a vegetable season and then a focus on game and forest for January. The new Noma is driven just a few hundred meters away and now has an urban garden and a view of Christiania. The building itself is quite impressive with its seven parts, all of which have different functions. The restaurant itself only has room for 40, and they now open four days a week (Wednesday to Saturday). I have not eaten there myselves.
