Dobrý den, Praho. Konečně jsme zase tady!

Like the last years we also come this year to the X-mas markets in Prague. Of course we combine it with sightseeing and geocaching. And we would like to meet local geocachers and everybody else who is in town. Therefore we invite you for a small Meet&Greet. Talking about geocaching, discovering/trading trackables, having fun!

As a location we have chosen the Powder Tower. This gothic tower serves as the entrance to the Old Town and is the beginning of so called Royal Route that many Czech kings took in order to be coronated in the St. Vitus Cathedral at the Prague Castle. Originally there was a storage of gunpowder, hence its name.

Stejně jako mnoho let předtím, i letos navštívíme vánoční trhy v Praze. Samozřejmě přijde na řadu i poznávání dalších pražských míst a… geocaching! A proto bychom se rádi setkali s místními kešery a všemi ostatními, kteří jsou tu zrovna budou. Zveme vás na menší Meet & Greet. Probereme geocaching, ukážeme a vyměníme si trackables, bude zábava!

Jako místo srazu jsme určili Prašnou bránu. Touto gotickou věží vcházely na území města korunovační průvody českých králů. Původně se v ní nacházel sklad střelného prachu, odtud její název.
