Remembrance Cache

All Saints Church is a grade 2 listed building
A meeting was held on l7th October 1869 when it was resolved to build a Chapel of Ease in Croxley Green. Many meetings followed and eventually it was agreed to build a church. The Church Commissioners paid £6 for a triangular piece of land. The foundation stone was laid on the 27th September 1870. The consecretion of the church took place on 25th June 1872 by T Moore. At this time this was the only church in croxley. On September 25th 1940 the church was damanged by a parachute mine; and took until 1952 to be restored due to the depression and lack of money.

The above co ordinates will take you to the blue noticeboard overlooking the public footpath. All the information is easily accessible just take a wonder around the church grounds, but please take time to appreciate the church
