This cache is owned and maintained by Lake Metigoshe State Park. There are entrance fees for those geocaching wtihin the park in the amount of $7/vehicle/day or $35 for an annual pass.
Lake Metigoshe State Park is the first of the ND State Parks to have a designated dog park within its boundries. In this area, our four-legged visitors can go off-leash to play and further explore Lake Metigoshe. Please know that dogs do need to be on a leash at all times when outside this designated off-leash area. Keep in mind that dogs are prohibited from all rental facilities and the beach area, but can roam free when visiting this area.
