Cheers folks. Get those TBs logged out of the event please!

Geocache Description:

Where: Novelty Automation. 1 Princeton Street, London. WC1R 4AX.

When: 6pm-9pm Thursday November 1st 2018. 18:00-21:00 01/11/18.
The grand unveiling will happen at 7pm/19:00.

What: A simple gathering of geocachers to discuss geocaching, swap travel items and exchange tall tales of alien abduction... Plus see the unveiling of a special new cache for London. Something very memorable - bring a camera. The first Thursday of every month is a 'bar evening' at the venue, so refreshments will be available. Please bring cash.

Who: An event for cachers from far and wide. Your hosts are:

Artist Tim Hunkin is a celebrated creative engineer, cartoonist, writer and sculptor who may be best known for his Channel 4 TV series The Secret Life of Machines. His unique designs are on display around the world, including the 'Under the Pier Show' at Southwold Pier, which Simply Paul discovered while finding a local Virtual cache earlier this year. It set cogs turning...

Simply Paul is an English geocacher known for being the first UK cacher to hide 100 caches (2005), host 100 events (2015), for his caches at far-flung corners of Britain - including the famous 'Sexy Muckle Flugga' - and for his work with the Geolympix Mega events in 2012, 2016 and 2018. He enjoys making the impossible possible.

Why: Because TB hotels are very rare in London, because Letterbox/Hybrid caches are very rare in London, but mostly because Tim has created something unique for the cachers of London and those visiting the city to cache. Geocaching takes you to places you might not otherwise go and this one is intended to do that, as well as show you something you might not otherwise see... Not that cachers really need a reason to get together to chit caching chat and mingle.
