COSA E' IL GIFF?
Il Geocaching International Film Festival 2018 è un' iniziativa creata da Groundspeak che raccoglie cortometraggi creati esclusivamente da Geocachers .
Geocaching.com non solo ne permetterà la visione agli eventi riconosciuti e autorizzati, ma rilascerà un souvenir a chiunque loggherà un "Attended".

presso "Hotel Villa Rosa" nella sala subito all'ingresso.
Una scalinata da Circonvallazione Gianicolenze vi porterà direttamente all'Hotel (WP 01)
E' PREVISTA UNA QUOTA DI PARTECIPAZIONE?
Si, la quota di partecipazione è di 5,00 € a Persona fisica e consentirà agli organizzatori di coprire parte dei costi sostenuti per l'affitto della sala e del materiale distribuito, dei premi, allestimento, nonché del popcorn, degli snack e delle bibite che aiuteranno i partecipanti a non morire di fame durante la proiezione.
SI CHIEDE GENTILMENTE di inserire il numero di partecipanti accompagnatori non provvisti di account per gestire i vettovagliamenti.

WHERE IS IT?
Via Giovanni Prati 1 - Rome
at "Hotel Villa Rosa" in the room situated immediately at the entrance.
A staircase from Circonvallazione Gianicolenze will take you directly to the Hotel (WP 01)
IS A PARTECIPATION FEE EXPECTED/NEEDED?
Yes.
The participation fee is € 5.00 per person.
This will allow the organizers to cover part of the costs incurred to rent the room and for the distributed material, the prizes, staging, as well as the popcorn, snacks and drinks for making sure participants don’t starve to death during the showing.
IT IS KINDLY REQUIRED to include the number of people participating with you, especially if they do not have a geocaching account and they can't do the "Will attend" to the event.

We will meet on Saturday 10 November from 03.30 p.m. to 06.00 p.m.
03:30 p.m. Welcome, trackables exchange
04:15 p.m. Start Projection in two stages with Game
05:15 p.m. Collection of voting cards and lottery and signing of the Logbook
06:00 p.m. End of the event
Please inform us about the nr. of participants (included in a single account) with a log until the NOVEMBER 4th to better organize the event Kindly communicate your participation by November 1st with a “Will Attend” in order to organize everything for each participant.
