Help plant Manuka on One Tree Island in Henley Lake!

CITO Activity: plant Manuka plugs donated through the Henley Trust on “our” CITO island

Those without water craft may arrive at the boat ramp (2nd waypoint) anytime from 11:05-2:00, where up to two people at a time will be shuttled across to the island by aluminium dinghy to start work. Those with water craft may arrive at the island from 11:00.

Equipment requirements:
- gardening gloves
- spade or trowel for planting
- kayak for crossing the lake (dinghy seating available for those without water craft)
- gumboots for stepping in copious goose poop and ankle-depth wading to the dinghy
- fresh water for drinking
- lunch/snacks
There are no facilities of any kind (loo, drinking water, tables, etc.) on the island, but these are available within the Henley Lake grounds.
