Geocache Description:

Let us invite you to a 30 minute long meetup in the heart of New York City.
You will meet two Slovak geocachers on their third visit of this busy city.
So cancel your scheduled program and stop by to say hi.

When? Where?
The event will take place from 9:00am to 9:30am EDT
on posted coordinates at Battery Park City Esplanade next to the Hudson river.

Don't forget to add it to your calendar.

Each attendee will get a unique SWG (Slovak Wood Geocoin) made for this event only!
This is only the back side. The front side will be revealed at the event.

What is a SWG?
Wood Geocoin (xWG) is a popular collectible item in Europe. Usually these wooden geocoins do not have a trackable code on them (they are personalized signature items or event souvenirs) but you can come across some that do have it. Depending on the country they were made in you can find for example SWGs (Slovakia), CWGs (Czech republic), HWGs (Hungary), AWGs (Austria), BWGs (Great Britain), GWGs (Germany), etc. The oldest ones you can find are dated back to 2005. Often there are events organised for the purpose of exchange of these wooden geocoins. The value of each xWG is approximately 0,30 €, on the front side is a random laser engraved picture with the geocaching nickname of the owner (or the event name) and on the back side is the geocaching logo, country of origin and the year it was made. If you want to know more visit Geocaching forums for more information.
So do not hesitate and come to get yourself one of these for free. You can start collecting them or you will have a souvenir from Slovakia at least.

See you there!
