CIRCUIT DU BOIS DE BEIGNON

 

La buche de noêl que l'on connait aujourd'hui, nous vient d'une vieille tradition moyenâgeuse.

En effet, à cette époque, il etait de tradition de garder la plus belle buche de la saison, pour chauffer la maisonnée lors de la veillée de Noêl. C'est au 19 ème siecle, que quelques patissiers ont fait rennaître la tradition de cette buche en la mettant sur nos tables de fête.

Cette cache est un petit clin d'oeil à ce fameux dessert
