Français: La recherche de cette cache vous permettra d'admirer le château d'Ortenbourg et notamment son donjon pentagonal haut de 32m dont le rôle était de servir de bouclier pour protéger les bâtiments placés en enfilade derrière lui. Les attaques venaient principalement du château de Ramstein, construit uniquement dans le but d'assiéger l'Ortenbourg. Les ruines du Ramstein qui ne sont pas accessibles car trop dangereuses sont, en revanche, bien visibles de la cache.
Du fait d'une fréquentation touristique importante, prenez toutes les précautions pour ne pas mettre en danger cette cache qui est assez exposée. Prenez également le temps de bien la re-camoufler.
English: The search for this cache will permit you to admire the chateau of Ortenbourg and its distinctive five-sided dungeon. With a height of 32 meters, it served as a shield to protect the buildings placed in a row behind it. The attacks came principally from the chateau of Ramstein which was built with the objective to besiege Ortenbourg. The ruins of the Ramstein are not accessible as they are too dangerous. On the other hand, they are visible from the cache.
Due to the fact that there are many visitors, please take care to not endanger the cache as it is a bit exposed. Equally, take a moment to rehide it carefully for the next geocacher.
