Twentse landschap
Het Twentse landschap is adembenemend mooi. Van uniek natuurgebied tot uitgestrekt veengebied. Terug in de tijd; ooit wandelden hier de mammoet, de wolharige neushoorn en het laatste reuzenhert. Sterker nog, ooit was dit gebied zee, getuige de walvis- en haaientanden die af en toe nog gevonden worden. Nu is het unieke Twentse land een bonte verzameling van bijzondere landschapselementen. Zin in bos, heide, weide, beekjes en bronnen? Twente heeft het allemaal!
The Twente landscape is breathtakingly beautiful. From unique nature reserve to extensive peat areas. Back in time; the mammoth, the woolly rhinoceros and the last giant deer even walked here. In fact, once this area was sea, witness the whale and shark teeth that are still found here today. Now the unique Twente country is a colorful collection of special landscape elements. Forest, heath, meadow, streams and springs. Twente has it all!

Een sudoku (Japans 数独, Sūdoku, afkorting voor 数字は独身に限る, Sūji wa dokushin ni kagiru, vertaald: 'isoleer de getallen') is een puzzel bestaande uit negen bij negen vakjes die gegroepeerd zijn als negen blokken van drie bij drie vakjes. In de vakjes moeten de cijfers 1 tot en met 9 Ingevuld worden op zo'n manier dat in elke horizontale lijn én in elke verticale kolom en in elk van de negen blokjes de cijfers 1 tot en met 9 één keer voorkomen. In een aantal vakjes zijn de cijfers al ingevuld. Een sudoku is dus een bijzonder geval van een Latijns vierkant.
A sudoku (Japanese 数 独, Sūdoku, abbreviation for 数字 は 独身 に に 限 S, Sūji wa dokushin ni kagiru, translated: 'isolate the numbers') is a puzzle consisting of nine by nine squares that are grouped as nine blocks of three by three boxes. In the boxes, the digits 1 to 9 must be filled in in such a way that the numbers 1 to 9 occur once in each horizontal line and in each vertical column and in each of the nine blocks. The figures have already been entered in a number of boxes. So a sudoku is a special case of a Latin square.
