Geocache Description:

This is my first ever time hiding a cashe. I am a great fan of the A Fine Pair series, so I am very happy to be able to place this cashe.

This is a cashe and dash with parking nearby.

You are looking for a micro container, please remember to bring a pen with you. TWEEZERS ARE ESSENTIAL TO REMOVE THIS LOG FROM THE CASHE CONTAINER

Please note, in accordance with BT and Royal Mail regulations the cache is NOT located on the telephone box or post box, so there is no point wasting your time looking there.

Farringdon is a village in East Hampshire 2.8 miles south of Alton. Farringdon was listed in the Domesday Book as Ferendone; this means fern-covered hill. The village has  a Norman Church and a number of pre-18th Century houses.

h4 style="text-align:center;">Number 1105 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.

The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.
