This park is incredible, and there are many trails squirreling around rice creek. As is now starting to be the tradition, when I was scouting this cache location, I was greeted by wildlife. Lots of fish were jumping out of the water splashing around, while my GPS averaged its coordinates.
I hope you enjoy this cache, I sure did making it!

Park is open 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset.
