Welcome to the official kickoff party of Midwest Geobash 2018!!
Join us on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 7:00PM for a great night of fun, friends, and fellowship as we celebrate the kick off of another great MWGB weekend!
This year, instead of the traditional pot-luck dinner as in years past, GeoMaSh (Geocachers of the Mahoning & Shenango Valleys) and the team at MWGB have teamed up to bring you FREE ICE CREAM! and bonfire fun!
The free ice cream will be available starting at 7pm and running until supplies run out, or 10pm, whichever comes first.
Be sure to visit the welcome table when you first arrive to get your ticket for ice cream as well as your entry into our door prize drawing!
After 10pm we will also keep our bonfires going at nearby Area 51, so bring a chair and a drink, and make yourself comfortable!
There are only a few ground rules we want you to remember:
- This event is family friendly! Until 10pm, anyone is welcome. After 10pm, the campfires transform to Area 51. Families are welcome, but adult beverages are welcome at the Area 51. It is up to parental discretion whether children should remain in attendance.
- Ice cream available while supplies last. We recommend coming early to ensure you get some!
- Door prize drawing at 9:15pm ! Winners must be present!
