El Lugar
El Boulevard de Carlos Thays en San Pedro fue diseñado por el Arquitecto y Paisajista francés Carlos Thays (1849 – 1934) durante el gobierno del Presidente de la Corporación Municipal Don Feliberto de Oliveira César (1905).
El paseo está enmarcado por césped y plantas con flores; sobre un barranco se encuentran los Miradores de madera que permiten admirar la arboleda del Paseo Público, el Club Náutico, el balneario, el riacho y el laberinto de islas donde los sauces mecen sus ramas flexibles, como acariciando el río.
Al final de este sector del Paseo, los más chicos pueden disfrutar de los juegos elevados construidos con troncos.

The Boulevard of Carlos Thays in San Pedro was designed by the French Architect and Landscape Designer Carlos Thays (1849 - 1934) during the government of the President of the Municipal Corporation Don Feliberto de Oliveira César (1905).
