The chapel is now the Museum of Primitive Methodism, a working class movement that played an important part in early Trade Unions. Meetings were held in this area from 1811, plenty of information on the photo of the board outside the car park.
The car park is only open when the chapel is but there is room to park on the road.
Please don't park next to this new site, it's just a short walk up from the car park
BONUS INFORMATION: Look for the grave of William Salmon who gave this piece of land to the church, when he died he was ?3 years old, the missing number is V for the bonus cache.
