The Challenge
This is a so-called challenge cache which requires you to find the physical cache, and to find an additional set of geocaches. Challenge caches encourage geocachers to set and achieve fun goals. As per guidelines, the D-rating represents how hard it is to qualify for the challenge and the T-rating indicates the terrain of the geocache at the coordinates. You can find more information at the Groundspeak help centre.
To qualify for this challenge you have to find 20 caches with the following criteria:
- Terrain Rating 5
- Attribute "Tree Climbing Required"
- Attribute "Climbing Gear Required"
It's simple, isn't it 😁 You can use the provided checker to see if you qualify. The geocache is at the listed waypoint so feel free to find and write your name in the logbook whenever you want. Make a note online too if you feel like it.
Please take this challenge in the fun spirit that it has been created with. This challenge has not been deliberately designed to exclude or discriminate against any geocachers, but to create a sense of achievement when you reach certain goals. If you are cheating to complete this challenge, e.g. by logging caches you've never found or placing bogus caches with another account under your control, your log will be deleted!
The Cache
The cache is a little tactix container in a tree at S 37° 47.467 E 144° 57.319 You don't need climbing gear in order to reach this cache. It's only a monkey climb. As per guidelines the difficulty rating is based on the challenge and the terrain rating on the challenge cache location.
