Welcome to the bridge to nowhere,
In 1857, the railway was inaugurated in Buenos Aires, and this important means of communication reached the Sierras de Córdoba. In 1892, the Cosquín - Capilla del Monte section of the Tren de las Sierras was enabled, passing and joining all the localities of the Valley of Punilla, among them Villa Giardino, call then Thea. They were built several bridges crossing streams and mountains, such as the short but imposing bridge located in the vicinity of Los Quimbaletes, almost 100 years later the branch was no longer used and in the '90s it was reigning only in a tourist way, circulating the train again from the mountains through the beautiful landscapes of Punilla, for a few years and from there the vegetation and the passage of time were hiding the roads to become only memories of those glorious years .

En el año 1857, se inauguró en Buenos Aires el ferrocarril, y este importante medio de comunicación llegó a las Sierras de Córdoba, en el año 1892, fue habilitado el tramo Cosquín - Capilla del Monte del Tren de las Sierras, pasando y uniendo todas las localidades del Valle de Punilla, entre ellas Villa Giardino, llamada entonces Thea.
Fueron construidos varios puentes que atraviezan arroyos y montañas, como el corto pero imponente puente ubicado en las cercanias de Los Quimbaletes, casi 100 años despues el ramal fue dejado de usar y en los '90 se reinaguro solo de manera turistica, circulando nuevamente el tren de las sierras por los bellos paisajes del Punilla, por unos pocos años y desde alli la vegetacion y el pasar del tiempo fueron escondiendo las vias para pasar a ser solo recuerdos de aquellos gloriosos años.
