"I'm transmitting the DNA sequence to you now. Use the resources at your disposal to find her, Daft, or die trying."

Daft turned to his science minion. "What do these letters mean?"
"They're the nucleobases: thymine, adenine, cytosine and guanine. Each symbol in a DNA sequence is one of those four. But how do we decode them?"
Daft's eyes lit up, blinding him. Extinguishing the light, he rummaged through his chest of booty, pulling out a book entitled Rebel Secret Codes and Recipes (illustrated third edition). He flicked through the pages before settling on a diagram. "This is it, I'm sure."
Daft scratched his head. "So each of the molecules is a binary pair, that's simple enough once we figure out which one is which. Then it looks like we have three symbols corresponding to those three lines of code; the second and third are clearly latitude and longitude, but what do you make of the first?"
"Perhaps it's the primer, a guide to interpreting the other two. It should be as easy as ..."
"Don't tell me; I need to figure it out for myself."
