A Fine Pair # 986 ~ Anchor Traditional Geocache

Number 986 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.

The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.

Anchor is the most Westerly hamlet in Shropshire and the B4368 running through it is the highest classified road point in Shropshire. 

The cache location is is just metres away from the high point on an unclassified road where the Fine Pair are located. In line with so many phone rural boxes it is in pretty poor nick, at time of publication the post box is freshly painted as are many around here.
