La gare maritime transmanche de Cherbourg est un équipement portuaire de Cherbourg-en-Cotentin.
Elle est destinée à accueillir les passagers traversant la Manche par car-ferry. Elle remplace la précédente gare maritime transmanche, mise en service en mai 1964 avec l'ouverture de ce trafic dans le port de Cherbourg.
Elle entre en service le 22 juin 1994, à 4 h 30. Les premiers passagers à transiter par le nouveau terminal sont ceux du Stena-Normandie, arrivé dès 5 h.

Sa construction coûte 50 millions de francs, 27 millions pour le bâtiment lui-même et 23 autres pour l'aménagement de 17 hectares de terre-pleins autour. L'investissement est partagé entre la Chambre de commerce de Cherbourg, la Communauté urbaine de Cherbourg, le Conseil régional de Basse-Normandie et le Conseil général de la Manche.
Elle est prévue pour accueillir 4 millions de passagers par an et 250 000 véhicules.
« Il n'aura fallu que quelques heures aux cinq compagnies maritimes basées à Cherbourg pour transférer leurs services d'une gare maritime à l'autre ». Ces compagnies sont P&0, Pandoro, Truckline Ferries, Stena Line et Irish Ferries.

Construite 700 mètres plus loin vers l'est que la précédente, la nouvelle gare maritime transmanche est reliée au centre ville par des bus circulant toutes les demi-heures au moment des escales.
