Non loin de l’emplacement de la cache, sur le PLATEAU DE L'ESCANDORGUE, à 850 m d'altitude, comme un ballon sur son tee, vous pourrez apercevoir un radôme d'antenne de communication, ou météorologique ou aéronautique.
Si vous continuez votre ballade, en direction du Caylar, à moins de 2 kilomètres de là, profitez-en pour arrêter au temple bouddhiste, dans un environnement naturel remarquable, qui est le coeur du centre de retraite bouddhiste tibétain de Lérab Ling. Le temple s’inspire dans tous ses aspects des meilleurs exemples d’architecture des monastères tibétains de l’Himalaya. On peut y admirer, notamment, une très belle statue du Bouddha de 7 mètres de haut.
