Initially, as I went down the list of local puzzles that I hadn't solved, I was dismayed at the number I couldn't solve. I continued down the list until I came across a What 3 Words type puzzle and realized that was what was missing. I still haven't solved many of them, but I developed an idea for a puzzle of my own.
I don't like puzzles where you don't know what to do, so I will tell you what to do.
1. Solve the cryptic crossword puzzle below. Just click on the puzzle and it will take you to an interactive puzzle site. If you complete the puzzle correctly there, a message will appear with a hint.
2. Among the words in the completed crossword are the three words you need. Identify them from the clues on this cache page.
3. Enter them into the linked W3W site above to obtain the final coordinates.
The words you need are not duplicated, that is, they are three separate words. Some of the puzzle answers are two words (as indicated by the numbers in parentheses). Each of the words in those answers is a potential solution word.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
