Union Pacific Caboose In Cisco Multi-cache

I bring to yall a series of railroad related caches... this one of course being located within Cisco Texas.

Here are the coordinates to the final

At the location of stage one you will see a Union Pacific caboose in an enclosed area. i my self walked around the entire enclosure on the outside and i saw 3 gates. two of the 3 were locked and one was open... i am not sure if its supposed to be locked all the time or not?... but you will be able to get the required info i ask for without stepping foot inside.

All you need to do here is postition yourself in a way that you can get a view of one of the RED brake wheel's located on either end of this caboose. once you have a good view... count the total number of SPOKES within the brake wheel, after doing so... take your total and MULTIPLY it by ( 82 ). after doing that bit of math... you can place them ( your 3 digit answer ) in the coordinates above from left to right.

Once all is solved.. its off to the final! :D
