The cache is situated halfway the trail between col de Leques and the village of La Baume. It is under an overhanging rock on top of the crete de la Fumee. Stunning view of the surrounding mountains, Lac de Castillon and Castellane.
You can either park your car in La Baume or at col de Leques. We walked the trail twice, both times from col de Leques to La Baume since our campingsite is in La Baume.
In 2016 Remaanje and Onugorad placed a cache at the foot of the last climb, but in hindsight we thought it would be better to place it on top. Onugorad went back in 2017 to replace the cache.
