Czyli Szczecińskie portowe dźwigi które na stałe wpisały się w krajobraz Szczecina, są doskonale widoczne z reprezentatywnych Wałów Chrobrego GC7B9WW jak i pobliskiej Trasy Zamkowej.
Szczecińskie dźwigi były klasycznymi konstrukcjami, których w tamtym czasie było mnóstwo. Pojedyncze urządzenia tego typu zachowały się w Anglii, czy Holandii. W Polsce raczej nie znajdziemy już podobnych, jeżeli jakieś się zachowały to są to egzemplarze mocno przebudowane. Żurawie zostały zamontowane na Łasztowni w latach 30. XX wieku.
Kiedy żurawie wyłączono z użycia były w stu procentach sprawne, co prawda dźwigi nie przejdą już badań technicznych, bo większość tzw. elektryki powiązanej z utrzymaniem maszyn w ruchu została trwale wyłączona, nie da ich się także elektrycznie uruchomić, ale można mechanicznie obrócić i przesunąć, bo układ jezdny jest nadal sprawny.
W roku 2018 rozpoczęto pracę przy iluminacji wyremontowanych wcześniej żurawi, a końcowe efekty zapierają dech i dodały jeszcze większego blasku tym symbolą portowego Szczecina

The cranes were installed at Łasztownia in the 1930s.
