Göta kanal är en 190,5 km lång kanal som sedan 1832 löper genom Götaland i Sverige. Därav är 87,3 km grävd och sprängd kanal. Nivåskillnaden är 91,8 m. Tillsammans med Trollhätte kanal och Göta älv bildar Göta kanal en 390 km lång vattenväg tvärs genom Sverige, från Östersjön till Kattegatt. Totalt har kanalen 58 slussar. Den är Sveriges största byggnadsprojekt genom tiderna.
Borenshults slussar uppfördes ? - ? där kanalen mynnar ut i Boren. Med sina fem slussar är det Göta kanals brantaste och näst största slusstrappa. De döptes till Minnets fem slussar.Det var i Motala som de första spadtagen för Göta kanal togs. Det skedde under högtidliga former 24 maj 1810.
Frågorna som ska besvaras är.
1. I den översta och den nerdesta slusstrappans norra del finns det årtal inristade. Vilket årtal finns i den översta respektive nedersta?
2. I den mittersta slussen har två män ristat in ett minne åt eftervärlden. På den norra sidan av slussen kan man läsa ? medan den södra sidan har inskriptionen ?
3. Ta gärna en bild där slusstrapporna finns med, men är inget krav för att få logga.

1. In the northern part of the upper and lower slush there are years of inscription. What year is there in the upper and the lower?
2. In the middle sluices, two men have carved a memory for the aftermath. On the north side of the sluices can you read ? while the southern side has the inscription ?
3. Please take a picture in which the sluices are included, but you do not have to that to log the cache.
