Ting1
Ting1 är ett bostadshus som ligger i Örnsköldsviks centrum. Huset var från början ett tingshus som var på två plan. En ganska steril och grå betongbyggnad. 2010 köptes huset upp av en privat företagare och man planerade att bygga lägenheter. Eftersom huset var K-märkt kunde man inte bygga rakt på det, utan var tvungen att bygga bostäderna på en ny betongstomme som anlades i gamla byggnadens innergård. Innergården är 12 x 12 meter och detta nya betongfundament är 8 x 8 meter. Det nya bostadshuset är alltså helt fristående från det gamla tingshuset. Ovanför gamla tingshuset breder nya huset ut sig till en kvadrat med sidorna 22 meter. Huset är ritat av arkitekten Gert Wingårdh som inspirerades av Bengt Lindströms konst när han designade denna byggnad.

Ting1 (Court1)
Ting1 is a building in the centre of Örnsköldsvik. From the beginning it was a courthouse with two floors, a rather boring building. 2010 it was bought by a private company and they start planning to build apartments. Since the house had some historical interest and was not allowed to be modified it was not possible to build the apartments on top of the courthouse. They had to build a new building inside the old one. They made a new building in the courtyard of the house. The courtyard is 12 x 12 metres and the base of the new building is 8 X 8 metres. The new building is completely independent of the old courthouse. Above the old court the new building starts spreading out in a quadrant with 22 metre sides. The house is drawn by the architect Gert Wingårdh who was inspired by art of Bengt Lindström when designing the new building.
